The following positions are currently available:
- ASSOCIATE MEDICAL DIRECTOR -
The Associate Medical Director will be responsible for the quality of medical and psychiatric care of the in-patient and Crisis Stabilization Units, providing leadership, clinical oversite, and direct client care including psychiatric evaluation and diagnosis, and medication maintenance as needed. Participate in treatment planning process from initial treatment plan through discharge for assigned cases.
- Initiating Baker Act proceedings according to Florida law.
- Appearing in Mental Health court as needed.
- Coordinating length of stay with managed care companies.
- Covering for other physicians as needed due to planned or unanticipated need
- Making appropriate referrals and coordinating medical services with consulting physicians.
- Continuously updating knowledge relative to client population served, clinical methodology employed and relevant rules and standards.
- STAFF PSYCHIATRIST - Provides Psychiatric Services to Adult Clients of the center's programs. M.D. or D.O., DEA Certification, Valid FL Drivers license. F/T, P/T or Per Diem positions available.
- PSYCHIATRIC ARNP - Provide Psychiatric services to Adult clients of the center's program under the supervision of the Chief Medical Officer or Designee. ARNP Certification and current FL Driver's License required. DEA Certified if applicable. F/T, P/T and Per Diem positions available.
- SUBSTANCE ABUSE - COORDINATOR - Monitors, Advocates and Serves as advocate for clients identified as having cooccurring disorders. Assists clients in getting necessary resources to aid in their recovery. Bachelor's Degree and previous Substance Abuse population experience. Full-Time
- RN - Per Diem - Current FL nursing license and 1 year experience in Psych nursing. Prefer BSN and 2 years experience. Per Diem positions available.
- LPN - Per Diem - Current FL nursing license and 1 year experience in Psych nursing. Residential Setting. Per-Diem positions available.
- MENTAL HEALTH TECH - Per Diem- Provide on-site supervision of Clients. Assists clients in activities of daily living. Must have HS diploma or equivalent and 1 year experience with mentally ill. Per-Diem positions available.
- RESIDENTIAL TECH - Per Diem- Provide on-site supervision of Clients. Assists clients in activities of daily living. Must have HS diploma or equivalent and 1 year experience with mentally ill. Per-Diem positions available.
- CTOSS THERAPIST - Must have a Masters in Behavioral Science. 6 - 12 months experience with children and families. Preferred Licensed in the State of Florida (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) bilingual: 2+ years exp Per Diem positions available.
- CASE MANAGER - Our Case Manager’s provide case management services that includes the following elements: assisting clients in obtaining access to financial and insurance benefits, medical, educational, social and functional abilities, needs and other services as needed. All of these elements require working with our client’s and their extended support network’s to develop, implement and monitor treatment plans and goals.
Graduation from an accredited university with a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling or Criminal Justice with at least 1 year experience working with the specific population they are applying to work with (adults with serious mental illness) and:

Must have knowledge and must comply with state and federal statutes, rules and policies that affect the target population

Must have knowledge of available resources for the specific population that they are working with

Must have knowledge of the principles and practices of the discipline
- Demonstrates proficiency in verbal and written skills
- Ability to work with diverse groups and individuals
- Must successfully complete all criminal background screening
