    The following positions are currently available:

  • STAFF PSYCHIATRIST - Provides Psychiatric Services to Adult Clients of the center's programs.  M.D. or D.O., DEA Certification, Valid FL Drivers license.  F/T, P/T or Per-Diem positions available.
  • PSYCHIATRIC ARNP's - Provide Psychiatric services to Adult clients of the center's program under the supervision of the Chief Medical Officer or Designee. ARNP Certification and current FL Driver's License required.  DEA Certified if applicable.  F/T, P/T and Per-Diem positions available.
  • RN - F/T and Per Diem - Current FL nursing license and 1 year experience in Psych nursing. Prefer BSN and 2 years experience. Per Diem positions available.
  • INTAKE & EVALUATION SPECIALIST - F/T - Provide quality assessment and crisis intervention for individuals and families, both at the center and in the community including internal and external referrals and document those interventions.  Provide Mobile Crisis Interventions in the community, to include Palm Beach County Schools within SCMHC catchment area, etc.  Minimum Educational Experience; Bachelors Degree in Psych, Mental Health Counseling, Social Sciences, Social Work or related field.  Plus: 1 year experience in the delivery of Mental Health Services.
  • MENTAL HEALTH TECH - Full Time, Part Time and Per-Diem- Provide on-site supervision of Clients.  Assists clients in activities of daily living. Must have HS diploma or equivalent and 1 year experience with mentally ill.  F/T and Per-Diem positions available.
  • RESIDENTIAL TECH - F/T and Per Diem- Provide on-site supervision of Clients.  Assists clients in activities of daily living. Must have HS diploma or equivalent and 1 year experience with mentally ill.  Per-Diem positions available.
  • THERAPIST/COUNSELOR - Position Dynamic agency seeking Master's level therapists (licensed or licensed eligible preferred) for Per Diem Position, to work with a varied adult/child population within an outpatient community mental health setting. One year experience providing individual therapy required. Experience with co-occurring (addiction/mental illness) and trauma related disorders a must. In office and outreach positions available, hours flexible.

 

  • DIRECTOR - ADULT OUTPATIENT & RESIDENTIAL SERVICES - Full Time We are presently seeking a full-time Director - Adult Outpatient & Residential Services. The following duties are inclusive but not limited to:
    • Supervise clinical activities of all Case Management, Psychosocial Rehab and Residential Services
    • Conduct weekly supervisory meetings
    • Monitor the flow of clients through programs to insure effective utilization rates
    • Analyze the needs of the Department and generate recommendations to program supervisors
    • Insure client grievances are addressed promptly and thoroughly
    • Insure continuity of care is followed in all programs and interact with Acute Care Director
    • Directs the treatment team to ensure that appropriate treatment is given to the Clients.
    • Responsible for monitoring the legal status of clients as it pertains to F.S. 394 & 491.
 

Additionally;

    • Insure program supervisors submit necessary paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
    • Insure the flow of communication in all programs, re: memos, policies, meetings, etc.
    • Insure UR and Managed Care demands are followed by all programs and submitted to QI Department on time and are complete
    • Attend QI functions as indicated
    • Insure all staff of Case Management, Psychosocial Rehab and Residential staff attends appropriate training and development programs
    • Conduct performance reviews in a timely manner
    • Responsible for staffing according to shift needs and requirements
    • Responsible for hiring, orientation, training and evaluating and on site daily supervision of staff
    • Responsible for working with the Facility Director to ensure that the housekeeping, maintenance and dietary needs of the unit are met
    • Conduct monthly staff meetings
    • Is on call for residential every other weekend and for any adverse events, furnished a Center phone.

Requirements

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

    • Masters Degree in Human Services
    • Five (5) years clinical
    • Three (3) years supervisory

FLOATING ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SPECIALIST

The Administrative Support Specialist floats on a needs basis and provides clerical and administrative support to various departments on a needs basis.  Some of the functions and duties for this support position are as follows:
