The mission of the Children's Therapeutic On-Site Service Program (CTOSS) is to provide
in-home / on-site therapeutic support services to abused
or neglected children and their families, thereby promoting the
well-being of the child and family and enhancing their quality of life.
CTOSS provides clinical services to children and adolescents, ages 3 - 18
years, who have been victims of abuse and / or neglect or are otherwise in
need of in-home support services.
